Returns Policy

We are so positive that the Teeter Hang Ups® Inversion Table will change your life that if you are unsatisfied with the equipment we will give you a full product refund* up to 30-days after your purchase. Simply call our customer service helpline on 020 8688 6928 to notify us of the return.

The table must be returned in the same box in which it was received and in good condition, once the table is received at our warehouse a credit will be issued to the credit card with which the initial purchase was made.

If you would like Teeter Ltd to organize a collection of the inversion table, this can be done for a fee of £26 or we can provide you with the address of our warehouse so that you can organize shipment yourself.

Please note: If you purchased the table online or via our call center you will need to quote your transaction ID - the 9 digit reference quoted in the email you received from shopper@uk.worldpay.com.
